4 Pasos para obtener la rentabilidad de tus productos o Paquetes de Servicios

Lograr nuestro sueño de vivir de nuestro emprendimiento, significa que debemos poder obtener una ganancia del mismo, para que el negocio siga vivo y crezca, y que además obtengamos también un salario para cubrir nuestros gastos personales.

Esto quiere decir que es importante tener claro, ¿Cuál es la Rentabilidad de nuestros productos o paquetes de Servicios? Este artículo te ayudará tal vez si aún no lo tienes claro en este momento, o puedes darte cuenta que no estás generando la rentabilidad que pensabas.

Primero, definamos el concepto. ¿Qué es Rentabilidad?

Relación existente entre los beneficios que proporciona una determinada operación o cosa y la inversión o el esfuerzo que se ha hecho; cuando se trata del rendimiento financiero; se suele expresar en porcentajes.

Por eso hoy voy a hablarte de los 4 pasos para calcularla,

Paso 1: Haz una lista de todos los prodcutos y/o servicios que ofreces.

Lo primero que debes hacer es hacer una lista de todos los productos y/o paquetes de servicios que ofrezcas actualmente.

¿Para qué? Para que sepas específicamente qué es lo que estás ofreciendo y te sirva de guía para los siguientes pasos.

Paso 2: Haz una lista de todos tus cotos de producción.

Luego que haces la lista de productos, la siguiente lista que debes crear es la de costos de producción, ¿Cuáles son los costos de producción? Todos los gastos en los que incurrimos para poder ofrecer ese producto en específico.

Por ejemplo: Si fueses FOTÓGRAFO y uno de los servicios que ofreces son paquetes de sesiones para Quinceañeras, podría pensar que algunos de los gastos que incurres para poder ofrecer este paquete serían:

  • Maquillaje profesional
  • Asesoría de Imagen
  • Gastos de entrega
  • Gastos de edición
  • Pago de primero fotógrafo – (tu)

La idea es que, por cada uno de los productos de tu cartera, puedas tener claro cuales son esos gastos y cuanto representa exactamente en dinero $$. Con este análisis puedes hacer ajustes de gastos y proveedores si así lo consideras necesario.

Paso 3: Revisa tus precios.

Una vez, tengas bien definidos tus productos y los costos que incurres específicamente en cada uno. Ahora es momento de colocarle tus precios. Aquí considerando que ya hayas realizado un estudio de mercado para saber más o menos cómo andan los precios. Sin embargo, debes sentirte cómodo con el precio que estás ofertando y más importante aún, es que ese precio vaya acorde con la rentabilidad que quieres recibir por la venta de tus productos o prestación de tus servicios.

Para que un negocio sea rentable se dice que debe tener una rentabilidad de mínimo un 30%. Hay casos en donde será mucho más alta, lo cual es ideal.

Resumiendo, los puntos a considerar para colocarle precio a tus productos son:

  • Que estés dentro del mercado.
  • ¡Que te lo creas! Que te sientas cómodo y transmitas confianza en el valor de tu trabajo, cuando le hablas de tus precios a un cliente.
  • Que la rentabilidad sea de mínimo 30% por producto y/o paquete de servicio.

Paso 4: Aplica la fórmula de rentabilidad.

Llegó la hora de la verdad. Luego que terminaste de sumar todos tus gastos y le colocaste tu precio, la rentabilidad la obtendrás realizando la siguiente fórmula:

En otras palabras:

Si el total de tus gastos fue de $430.00 y el precio de tu paquete es de $750.00

Sería Rentabilidad = (750-430) / 750 =0.4266 * 100% = 43%

Significaría que para ese paquete tienes una rentabilidad del 43% la cual es ¡Muy Buena!
