Unas de las cosas que más necesitamos conocer como emprendedores hoy en día aparte de las finanzas por supuesto, es acerca de Marketing Digital, es un mundo que está en constante cambio, pero que si no empezamos a meterle mente y cariño, no podremos alcanzar nuestros objetivos financieros.

Esta semana he invitado como guest blogging a Male López, fotógrafa y coach de redes sociales, para que nos compartiera un poco de su conocimiento en este topic tan importante.

“Nunca te pongas metas que dependan de alguien más que tu.”

Hace unos años me sentía frustrada porque siempre me ponía metas como este año alcanzó 5k seguidores en instagram, pasaba el tiempo, terminaba el año y no lograba concretar esta meta, me sentía completamente aturdida con el hecho de haber fallado.

Esta situación me hizo sentarme a analizar, lo que me llevó a darme cuenta que había estado perdiendo mi tiempo porque estaba trazando metas que dependían de las acciones que tomarán otras personas ajenas a mi.

Resulta que para llegar a 5k seguidores en instagram estaba a la merced de 5k personas y de su decisión de darle “seguir” a mi cuenta, y no había nada que yo pudiera hacer para forzarlos a tomar ese paso.

Perdía mi tiempo buscando seguidores y atrayendo a las personas equivocadas a mi cuenta. Individuos  que no le encontraban el valor a mi trabajo como fotógrafa, que me seguían porque yo también les había seguido. Todo ese trabajo no representaba nada más que una total perdida de mi tiempo.

Así que empecé a leer efusivamente todo lo que lograba encontrar de información acerca de mercadeo digital, redes sociales. Descubrí que debía tomar acción sobre lo único que sí podía controlar, a mí.

Me puse como meta crear publicaciones diarias de contenido de interés, quería que las personas que llegarán a mi cuenta conocieran mi trabajo y a mi, y que hallarán valor en lo que decidía compartir en mis largos escritos.

Poco a poco pude ver un cambio radical que estaba lentamente sucediendo con mis seguidores. Muchos se fueron y nuevos llegaron. Empezamos a tener conversaciones y sin darme cuenta un día mire el número de mis seguidores y me di cuenta que no solo había llegado a 5k sino que los había superado.

Con esto, estimados lectores, me permito transmitirles el primero de mis consejos en este Blog: “Enjoy the ride” las redes sociales no son un concurso de popularidad por más que lo parezca son un medio para conocer personas, crear relaciones, hacer amistades y tener conversaciones.

Tracen metas que dependen de sus propias acciones y hagan las cosas con cariño y desde un punto de pura honestidad y atraerán no solo a clientes o seguidores  potenciales sino también a verdaderos fans de su trabajo y personas que valoran y aprecian que haces y quien eres.

Ya quiero escuchar de las nuevas metas que se impondrán, acompañarlos a completar pasos que se tracen y celebrar junto a ustedes los increíbles resultados que estoy segura obtendrán.
