En el principio de tener BAJO CONTROL las finanzas de nuestro negocio, empieza por la recopilación de toda la data o información de cada centavo que ingresa y que sale de nuestra cuenta bancaria.

#1. Conoces tus finanzas.
He mencionado en post anteriores que “El que tiene el conocimiento tiene el poder”, el tener un registro de tus ingresos y gastos, te permite tener información valiosísima para tomar decisiones respecto a tu emprendimiento como:
- Saber exactamente cuánto dinero entró y cuánto salió en un determinado período de tiempo.
- Dónde físicamente está el dinero, modo de pagos, fechas.
- Tomar decisiones y pasos a seguir con bases y fundamento.
- Definir el orden de prioridad de tus actividades.
- Realizar ajustes de ser necesarios para controlar gastos.
- Reducir o eliminar gastos innecesarios.
#2. Llevas más organizada la contabilidad.
Cuando llega el momento de hacer nuestras declaraciones de renta, y pasarle la información que necesita el CPA (Contador Público Autorizado), es todo mucho más rápido y fácil.
Tu registro debe ir corroborado o respaldado por un archivo físico y/o digital, con la documentación de recibos, facturas, comprobantes de pago de lo registrado.
De esta manera te aseguras de pagar exactamente la cantidad de impuestos que te corresponde no más ni menos.

Te puedo asegurar que llevar un registro significa más dinero para ti por las siguientes razones:
- Te ayuda a conocer el comportamiento del flujo de efectivo de tu negocio mes a mes.
- Te ayudará a estar pendiente de tus cobros o cuentas por cobrar, permitiéndote tener el flujo de efectivo en el momento necesario.
- Te alerta de gastos excesivos.
- Te da claridad para saber en qué áreas puedes ahorrar más.
- Conocerás cuánto te gastas por cada proveedor, con los cuales en base a tus números tratar de negociar mejores condiciones de servicio y/o costos. Lo que se puede traducir en una reducción de tus costos y un aumento en la rentabilidad y ganancias.
Algunas recomendaciones importantes para que lleves un buen registro.
- Lleva un control de todas tus ventas del día para conocer tus ingresos diarios.
- Lleva el control de todos los gastos cómo: compras, pagos a proveedores, viáticos, todo lo que sea egresos del negocio.
- Si eres el que lleva las finanzas a parte de todo lo demás, agenda al menos 2 días al mes para actualizar, revisar y cotejar tu registro.
- Lleva física y/o digitalmente el respaldo de facturas, recibos y comprobantes de pago de lo que hayas registrado.
- Puedes apoyarte con softwares especializado gratuitos o pagos para llevar un mejor control o usar unas de las plantillas que encuentras en mi página web.
